Muzinich and Co, the specialist credit manager, has held its third and final close of its €800m Muzinich Pan-European Private Debt Fund II. This fund is the follow-on from Muzinich’s €706.5m Pan European Debt Fund raised in 2018.

The fund provides financing to lower middle market companies across Europe and the UK.

Muzinich reports that the fund has made 18 investments to date – broadly diversified across sectors and countries.
