Investor Appetite For Private Hospital Cashflows – PureHealth Buying Circle Health For $1.2bn

UAE healthcare company PureHealth has agreed to buy Circle Health Group From Centene for $1.2bn.

PureHealth is owned by Abu Dhabi-based ADQ and Apha Dubai. Circle Health managed over 50 private hospitals in the UK. Centene is a US insurance company.

Earlier this year, PureHealth also invested $500m in the fourth-largest private healthcare group in the US – Arden Health Services.

Issuers and investors with private hospital and clinic cashflows may want to consider their debt capital market and equity capital market options during this period of demand.
