Demand for green private credit continues to grow rapidly – as Blackstone closes a $7.1bn energy transition credit fund. The Blackstone Green Private Credit Fund (BGREEN III) is the world’s largest private energy transition fund to date.

The fund invests in renewable energy, infrastructure and energy transition. It is managed by Blackstone Credit’s Sustainable Resource Platform – which is staffed with a team of 40 investment professionals in North America, Europe and Asia. They invest in investment grade, high yield, preferred and convertible securities.
